Monday         - 10 am - 7 pm

Tuesday        - by appointment only

Wednesday    - 7 am - 4 pm

Thursday       - 10 am - 7 pm

Friday            - 7 am - 12 noon
Saturday        - 7 am - 12 noon

Parking is available behind the building for appointed patients.  Please enter through Edison Street.  Otherwise, 1 to 2 hours street parking is available; please be sure to read the posted signs.

APPOINTMENTS

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.  We do strive to run our schedule proficiently.  As a courtesy to our patients, there will be a call to confirm your appointment.  We request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  We are aware that unforeseen events happen that sometimes require missing an appointment.  Please notify us as soon as possible should those unforeseen events occur.  However, should you miss your set appointment without notifying us in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. 

INSURANCE/PAYMENT

It is our pleasure to provide our patients with affordable quality dental care.  We participate with Delta Dental PPO/Premier plans.  For insurance companies we do not participate with, we will be happy to prepare and submit all necessary paperwork to your insurance company.  (The type of coverage varies from employer to employer.)  The accepted forms of payment are cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  There are also payment options by applying through Chase Health Advance.
